We understand what agencies fear most: handing a client over to a local contractor — and losing them. That is why we work by simple rules:
- We do not contact your client directly without your consent
- We do not offer them our services — neither during the work nor afterwards
- We do not use their contacts for mailings or advertising
- All obligations are set out in the contract: a non-solicitation clause and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
These are not just words on a website
Every cooperation is formalised with a contract. It sets out the ban on poaching clients, confidentiality, the processing of personal data under GDPR and the liability of the parties.
The contract is concluded with a Hungarian company IMA Technology Kft. — with EU company details and invoicing.

Agencies have separate partner terms, different from the prices for private clients. They depend on the format of work and volume. Send us a short request — we will send you the terms and a draft contract.
